What is your proposed approach?
we study the current site and it’s potentional customers and competitors. THen we go about finalising the key phrases. Then converge to the best phrase. Thereafter it is painstakingly built into the website - continuously monitoring the results/ comparisions till the page is tweaked.

The Step-by-Step approach is:

Payment Milestones for a middle level keyword:

Low Level Keyword: sub 100 thousand google : $350
Middle Level Keyword: sub 1 million google : $550
Top level keyword: 1 million + google : $1100

Day 1: Advance payment of 50% : Keyword Neighbourhood report
Day 4: Finalization of keyword list with priority
Day 8: Optimization of the site home page
Day 10: Optimization/ creation of additional pages required
Day 15: Submission to any open directory/ google
Day 30-45: expect to open on google (within top 1000).
If you turn up in the search engine within Top 50 you pay the remaining 50% at this juncture.
BY month 3, we have completed the first phase of our work. You should be somewhere around #10-20 by this time on at least one of your chosen key words. If you’re not in Top 50, you don’t pay the remaining 50%.
Further maintenance work (if contracted)
Day 50: Advance for the month ($ depends on the position) : reoptimize based on results.

Will you guarantee that I will achieve a significantly better ranking?
It depends also on what you’d call results - I’d call an increase in traffic (like doubling) to be a good result, than coming first in a long key phrase, which only you’d remember to enter. It is not a 100% thing. It takes time. But we have scheduled payments according to results. We have broken down payments into different phases and the MAJOR PAYMENTS ARE RESULT BASED. This in NO means forms a GUARANTEE. It only shows the extent to which we are confident and would accept the final payments only on achieving the results.

How long will it take before you estimate I will see results?
Usually results take anywhere between a month to six months to start appearing.
